Morgan Gale is a distinguished professional with over twenty years of expertise in cosmetic lasers and injectables. He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Maryland’s Scholars Program in 2001 and subsequently pursued a Nursing Degree from Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland.
In 2007, Morgan entered the field of laser treatments and swiftly established himself as an industry leader. By 2008, as a Registered Nurse, he founded his first laser center in Bethesda, Maryland, where he successfully administered numerous cosmetic laser treatments.
Continuing his academic pursuits, Morgan obtained a Master’s Degree as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from Walden University in 2016. In 2018, he founded the Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center, showcasing his proficiency in cosmetic lasers and injectables.
His distinguished qualifications include a Board Certification from the American Board of Laser Surgery in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Laser Surgery and being elected a Fellow of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. Further underscoring his expertise, in 2012, Morgan attained the esteemed “Expert Injector” status from Galderma, the manufacturer of Restylane injectable products. DC Magazine also awarded Morgan and his company several awards, including recognizing him as a top health and beauty practitioner.
Demonstrating an unwavering dedication to excellence, Morgan also serves as an Allergan Medical Institute trainer and speaker, imparting knowledge on the science and best practices of Botox and Juvederm injectables. He has extensively traveled along the East Coast, sharing his profound understanding and expertise in these treatments. Additionally, Morgan is a PACE trainer for Revanesse USA, the makers of Versa.
In recognition of his remarkable achievements, Morgan was honored with the Aesthetic Everything Award for Top Nurse Practitioner and Top Medical Spa in 2019 and 2020. With comprehensive proficiency in over 30 laser systems and injectable treatments, Morgan remains dedicated to delivering exceptional care and ensuring optimal client results.
SHEILA DUNTON
PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
Sheila Dunton attended Montgomery College and the University of Maryland, where she studied Accounting and Sociology. She is currently the Practice Administrator at Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center, with offices located in Arlington, Virginia, as well as N. Bethesda and Annapolis, Maryland. With multiple years of business management experience, she firmly believes that effective practice management goes beyond traditional approaches. Sheila believes that her successes as a practice Administrator can only be as good as her team and feels that input from all team members is crucial for true business growth and development. Sheila fully aligns with the practice’s core belief that listening to the patient is where the true journey begins. In addition to her role as Practice Administrator, Sheila is an exercise enthusiast and enjoys spending her free time with her children, grandchildren and friends. Her passion, coupled with her extensive healthcare management skills, continues to drive the success and growth of Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center.
EVELYN FUENTES
NURSE PRACTITIONER, FNP-C
Evelyn Fuentes is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience in psychiatry, critical care, and aesthetic medicine. Evelyn has worked in aesthetics since 2016 and strives to consistently keep up with the newest treatments by attending multiple advanced training classes and conferences to continue mastering advanced skills. She is certified in the administration of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, medical-grade peels, hormones, and weight loss. She is a clinical nurse trainer for Cutera Lasers. With a degree from Purdue University, she is a certified Progressive Critical Care Nurse and a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses. She maintains good professional standing with the Virginia, Maryland, District of Columbia, and New York Board of Nursing. Evelyn is Board-Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her artistic eye and attention to detail enable her to produce natural, aesthetically pleasing results.

Bella is a highly skilled and passionate Licensed Aesthetician (LMA) with certifications as a permanent makeup artist and professional makeup artist. With over two years of experience in the esthetics field, Bella began at the Southeastern Esthetics program, where she honed her craft and later pursued advanced studies in esthetics. She holds certifications in laser treatments, permanent makeup application, microneedling, and medical depth peels, showcasing her dedication to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
Bella’s fascination with the beauty industry sparked at a young age, influenced by the time spent in the beauty salon where her mother worked, who serves as her greatest inspiration. As a highly sought-after aesthetician at Aesthetic Artistry Laser Center (AALC), Bella is committed to empowering every client to feel confident in their skin. Her mission is to help individuals of all ages refine their skincare routines and enhance their natural beauty at every stage of life. Bella’s expertise and genuine passion for helping others achieve radiant, healthy skin make her an invaluable asset to the AALC team.
